Ef að þú kemst ekki inná innra netið, HR-tölvupóstinn eða prentað þegar þú ert á HR netinu
þá er að öllum líkindum föst IP tala á DNS stillingunum á tölvunni.
Þetta á að vera stillt á sjálfval þ.e.a.s. tölvan á sjálf að finna DNS töluna.
Ef einhverjar IP-tölur eru í DNS glugganum þarf að eyða þeim út.

Þetta er algengt vandamál hjá þeim sem nota Netflix og álíka þjónustur.

If you can not access the internal network, the RU-mail or print when you are on the RU network,
the problem is probably a fixed IP-address in the DNS settings on your computer.
This should be set to automatic, as the computer should automatically find
the DNS IP-number. If there are any IP-numbers in the DNS window they
need to be removed.

This is a known issue on computers that are configured for Netflix.
