If you have problems connecting with 13.04+ :

1. Turn off WiFi
2. Edit the file : sudo gedit /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/HR-Staff
3. Add on a new line near [802-1x]:

system-ca-certs=false

Turn on WiFi (the line will be deleted automatically)
