To be able to use VPN in Android phone or tablet, first you need to download and
setup AnyConnect from Cisco Systems on Google Play
VPN server address: vpn.ru.is

Opnið forritið og smellið á 'Connections'

Open the program and click 'Connections'

Smellið síðan á 'Add New VPN Connection'

Then click 'Add New VPN Connection'

Smellið á 'Description' og gefið tengingunni lýsandi nafn, t.d. RU,
þar á eftir er smellt á 'Server Address' og skrifið: vpn.ru.is
Smellið svo á 'Done'

Click 'Description' and name the connection, e.g. RU,
then click 'Server Address' and type: vpn.ru.is
Then click 'Done'

Smellið á 'Off' hnappinn til að tengjast

Click the button marked 'Off' to connect

Hér þarf að setja inn RU-netfang (notendanafn@ru.is) og lykilorð
Þetta þarf að gera í hvert skipti sem tengjast á með fjartengingu
