Ef skjal birtist ekki á PaperCut og hangir í prentröð með skilaboðunum
'Hold for Authentication' þarf að gera eftirandi:

If a document does not appear in PaperCut and hangs in job queue with
'Hold for Authentication' message, following steps must to be taken:

Smelltu á 'Finder' og sláðu inn 'Keychain Access'. Tvísmelltu til að opna.

Click 'Finder' and type 'Keychain Access'. Double click to open.

Einnig er hægt að finna 'Keychain Access' undir 'Utilities' möpunni í
'Applications' möppunni. Applications -> Utilities 

'Keychain Access' can also be located in the 'Utilities' folder in the
'Applications' folder. Applications -> Utilities

Finna þarf prentarann í 'Keychain Access' og hægrismella/control+smella á prentarann
og velja 'Delete' til að eyða lykilorðinu. Stundum finnast fleiri en einn prentari í
'Keychain Access' og er þá betra að eyða þeim öllum út. 

Find the printer in 'Keychain Access' and right click/control+click the printer and chose
'Delete' to delete the password. Sometimes multiple printers can be found in
'Keychain Access' and to be safe just delete them all. 

Þegar búið er að senda prentverkið aftur á prentarann, þarf að setja inn
RU notendanafn (án @ru.is) og lykilorð.

When the job has been resubmitted to the printer, you must type your
RU username (without @ru.is) and password.
